Nvidia has started rolling out the first major software update for its in-house tablet – the Tegra Note 7. The update bumps the Android version on the device from 4.2.2 to 4.3, and also brings other major improvements to the cmaera and stylus department. The Tegra Note 7 did not receive positive reviews, mainly because of its underwhelming screen and software. While Nvidia cannot fix the sub-par screen now, it can definitely fix the latter....

Upcoming samurai game Nioh 2 has recently been announced as a prequel to the original and will feature an area called the Dark Realm enemies can drag the player into. Originally available as a limited PlayStation 4 exclusive in 2017 and developed by Team Ninja, creators of the Dead or Alive series of fighting and volleyball games, the first Nioh was a third-person action adventure title which was compared heavily to the Dark Souls series upon release thanks to its brutal combat and esoteric checkpoint system....

Open up your Maps app you’ll find a new icon above compass symbol that looks suspiciously like an 8-bit Ms. cman. At the top of the list is automatic parking detection that marks where you parked you car so you can always get back to your vehicle. -owned ze has let you manually set your parking location for some time, but automated parking in Now is a nice addition. Voice search is also getting a bump, as first reported by Android lice, which lets you navigate to some phone settings with your voice....

Well, previously we have seen Nvidia unveiled a new graphic card Geforce GTX 1080 Ti which they claimed as the “fastest gaming CPU” ever made. Now, the company is back again with Titan Xp. Nvidia Titan XP is based on Nvidia’s pascal architecture and features full-fat Pascal GP102 GPU, with all 3,840 CUDA cores running at 1.6Ghz, which is higher compared to previously released GTX 1080 Ti. As reported by Ars Technica “The amount of memory stays the same at 12GB of GDDR5X RAM; the 384-bit memory bus width returns, too....

First introduced back at CES this past January, Nvidia’s GeForce Now for Mac is available in beta. This service from Nvidia allows Mac users to access PC-only games and offers up strong performance, especially for less powerful Macs. Nvidia’s streaming service GeForce Now first debuted a couple of years ago with the company’s Android tablet, then expanded to its set-top box last year. Now, the service has been expanded to support Macs....

Arm has a variety of customer types. Some, like Apple, Qualcomm, and Nvidia itself, use only Arm’s instructions sets, rules, and documentation to design their own processors so that their cores will run software written for Arm. Apple has its designs fabricated by manufacturing specialists such as TSMC and Samsung and puts those processors in its own products. Qualcomm has various fabricators that make chips for system vendors to use....

It has been almost a year since NVIDIA initially launched their mobile gaming console, the Shield, so it would make sense that the company is looking to replace it with a new device. According to the Global Certification Forum (GCF), that device could be right around the corner, and feature a unique design all its own. Indeed, the design for the original Shield from NVIDIA was unique in its own way, combining the design of a video game console’s controller and attaching a small display to the top of it, so that you could game from essentially anywhere (eventually, thanks to software updates)....

At the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, Nvidia unveiled the SHIELD — the world’s 4K Android TV console. The set-top box is powered by the company’s latest Tegra X1 mobile superchip, and features an H.265 decoder that can playback 4K videos at 60Hz with 10-bit video processing. The company boasts that the 256-core Maxwell GPU inside the Tegra X1 is twice as fast as the Xbox 360 while consuming anywhere between 1/5th to 1/20th of the power....

New York City’s subway began adding support for contactless payments in May 2019, but since then, only a few selected lines have received the technology. However, New York’s MTA announced today that everyone can now finally use Apple Pay and other contactless payment methods across all its stations. The news was confirmed on MTA’s official Twitter account and also reported by Engadget. For Apple Pay users, this also means that all New York City subway lines now work with the Express Transit feature, which allows you to simply tap your iPhone or Apple Watch over a turnstile to access the subway instead of buying a regular ticket....

Update: The SFPD has given Cnet a full statement: Earlier today, SF Weekly reported that a Bernan Heights man claimed Apple posed as police officers to search his house for the missing iPhone 5. SFWeekly is now reporting that their earlier report had some incorrect points, and that the San Francisco Police Department did assist Apple. The Apple employees did not want to make an official report of the lost item....

While Apple will unveil a pair of next-generation iPhones at its September 9th event, the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, don’t expect a new 4-inch “iPhone 6c” to show up on stage. Sources say that while Apple has been working on a new 4-inch iPhone with the capabilities of last year’s iPhone 6, the device is not yet ready to ship. Interestingly, Apple has also internally prototyped a new, smaller iPhone with a 3....

In my opinion, the most important selling point of the Nothing phone (1) is its appearance rather than its features. The brand is positioning this Phone as the antithesis to stand out from all the other copycat models. You can see all the innards through the back of the case (just make sure you use a transparent case). Its debut earphones followed a similar approach, and those Nothing Ear (1) earbuds are among our favorite alternatives to AirPods Pro....

As for the specifications, the Nubia Red Magic comes powered with last year’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 3,800mAh battery.
